It is a pity that Chef Jack Jarukasem's the Legends Oyster Bar & Grill won't receive the hype it deserves due to the current pandemic's negative ripples. Jack has worked his way up to the top of the pile from his time at Caesars Entertainment and has opened this new incredible spot. His original idea was to feature oysters, raw scallops, and chilled shellfish majorly, but he had to switch to the more-moving hot food. Highlights include a crab and lobster pan roast in a creamy tomato, deconstructed gumbo, and a Louisiana-themed seafood boil.
