1.No admission shall be allowed without a valid Ticket.
2.Tickets lost, destroyed or otherwised marked in any way will be declared void.
3.Entry is restricted to one person per valid ticket.
4.This ticket is valid for the event shown in the Payment Confirmation e-mail (the “Event”) only and Krave Entertainment LLC. reserves the right to vary the programme including the line-up of artists without refund of monies or exchange of booking.
5.Krave Entertainment LLC. is unable to offer refunds or exchanges in respect of bookings unless the Event is cancelled. All bookings are not transferable to other events and are strictly not for resale. If this booking is resold or transferred whether for profit or for commercial gain or otherwise by anyone it will become void and the holder may be refused entry to or ejected from the Event.
6.All Online Tickets are sold exclusively through this as the www.ticketmaster.com Site. All bookings are for the Event are provided to the Venue. Any attempt to present any other form of entry may lead to refusal of admission and possible prosecution. Unauthorised vendors will be prosecuted.
7.Please keep Tickets safe as this is required for admission to the Event and during the event as proof of admission.
8.Krave Entertainment LLC. reserves the right to alter your booking without prior notice. If this is necessary for what ever reason, Angel Entertainment Limited will reimburse any reduction in value between the original and altered ticket allocation.
9.Krave Entertainment LLC. reserves the right to refuse admission and to remove persons from the venue for any reason including behaviour likely to cause damage, nuisance or annoyance of for failure to comply with the reasonable requests of Krave Entertainment LLC. or its representatives staffing the Event. Krave Entertainment LLC. and its security personnel may conduct security searches to ensure the safety of persons at the Event.
10.No pass outs will be issued. Re-entry to the Event is not permitted.
11.No animals will be admitted to the venue or any venue car parks.
12.No unauthorised filming/cameras/sound recording – any breach will lead to confiscation of equipment.
13.Krave Entertainment LLC. may record the Event. Your attendance at the Event shall constitute your approval for inclusion within the filming and audio recording and your approval permission for Krave Entertainment LLC. to make full use of the recordings and the footage taken without any recourse to you.
14.Krave Entertainment LLC. is not responsible for any loss, injury or damage, howsoever caused, to you except where any such loss, injury or damage is caused by the negligence of Krave Entertainment LLC., its employees or agents. Krave Entertainment LLC. accepts liability for death and personal injury caused by its negligence but not otherwise.
15.No bottles or cans to be brought into the venue – any found will be confiscated.
16.Fireworks, smoke canisters, flags, banners, poles and similar articles are not permitted within the venue and any person in possession of such articles may be refused entry or ejected.
17.Illegal substances are strictly prohibited from the Event.
18.No unauthorised trading is permitted within the venue or any official car parking facility.
19.In the interests of public safety, www.ticketmaster.com reserves the right to request you to leave the venue at any time for safety reasons or immediately after the Event. No admission or re-admission after the end of the Event.
20.WARNING – Please note that you will be exposed to loud music at the Event. Please also be aware that strobe lighting may be used during the Event.
21.Your statutory rights are not affected.
